      Do you ever feel too busy to cook your family a HEALTHY MEAL?

       


      I have been extremely busy lately with work & family life.  This COULD mean I haven't found the time to make healthy meals for my family...but luckily my husband and I are still in the DEDICATED New Year mind frame.  So instead of flaking on our family meals- We have used some of WFM's QUICK MEALS to get it done.


      Only have 5 minutes to make dinner?  Try this!

       


      (I apologize the picture isn't that good...but I promise the food is!)


      MUSHROOM, ONION, AVOCADO POTATO

      I thought I could name this a MOAP...but that doesn't sound too appetizing does it???)

      (serves 2)


      Ingredients

      2 large baked potatoes

      1 container mushrooms

      1 small onion

      1 medium avocado- diced

      Sea Salt - if desired


      Directions

      Saute mushrooms and onions is small amount of water in a medium sized frying pan.  Even without any butter or oil, sauted mushrooms and onions have GREAT flavor!  Add a little salt if desired.

      Place sauted mixture over baked potato (which you can cook in your microwave in 5 minutes) and top with diced avocado.  Season with salt and consume immediately.  So Yummy!
