Vegetable Burrito

1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp chili powder
Fajita Seasoning or Italian Dressing seasoning to taste (optional)
Whole grain tortilla wraps

 

TOPPINGS
Tomato
Avocado
Lime


DIRECTIONS
Saute Onions, bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and garlic in water until tender.  Stir in chili powder and seasonings if desired.

Place sautéed vegetables in tortilla and desired toppings and roll up.
