Green Lunch smoothie

serves 1

3 ounces spinich leaves

2 cups chopped romaine

1 pitted date

1/3 cup rice milk

2 heaping TBSP pecans

Throw all into a high powered blender (vita-mix is my fav!)

Blend until smooth, it looks crazy to be drinking... people do look at me like I am crazy, but the date makes it so sweet. You could add another date for a more sweet taste.
