
8 Medjool dates soaked in 1/2 cup Vanilla Soymilk overnight
1 cup oats
1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
1/4 raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup raw pecans
3/4 cup carob powder
1/2 cup raw almond butter
Take the pits out of the dates and then put everything in a food processor.
Blend until smooth and then press into an 8x8 pan. Refrigerate before cutting.
