WHOLE FOOD MOMMIES - GREEN FRUIT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1 banana (can be frozen)
1 cup frozen fruit
1 TBS *ground flax seed
2 big handfuls of raw spinach
1 cup liquid, Try any of the following:
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid for desired consistency
*Can put the whole FLAX SEED in smoothie when using a HIGH POWER blender. ie: Vita-Mix or Blendtec
OR pre-grind FLAX SEED in a coffee grinder and add to the smoothie.
