1/2c frozen blueberries
5 frozen whole strawberries
1/2c frozen peaches
1Tbsp Flaxseed
1 handful spinach leaves (optional) but you really can't taste it, and I say why not get in some greens first thing in the morning?
Mix in a high power blender (vita-mix) and ENJOY!!
*if its too thick for your liking add another orange
