2 slices Whole Wheat bread (other options: Pita pocket, Whole Wheat Buns, Romaine Lettuce)
Stoned Ground Mustard (to taste)
1/2 avocado sliced
1/2 large tomato sliced
1/4 cucumber sliced
Bell pepper sliced (any color)
Red onion slices
Alfalfa Sprouts
Handful raw sunflower seeds
Romaine Lettuce
DIRECTIONS
Spread the mustard on the slices of whole wheat bread and apply as many vegetables as possible.
