I got this wonderful recipe from my sister-in-law. For so long I thought that bruschetta referred to the tomato mixture you put on top of a nice toasted piece of bread. Little did I know that it is actually the term for the bread itself, so this recipe is just for the "topping". I think it is the flavor of the fresh tomatoes mixed with the sun-dried tomatoes that is the secret to the fabulous taste. This is even better the next day!
