Vegetable Rice Stir-Fry

 

1 ½ cups brown rice, uncooked
1-2 TBS Chicken-Like seasoning (optional)
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium red pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
2 carrots, thinly chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped
¾ cup purple cabbage, chopped
2 Large Collard Green leaves chopped or one large handful spinach
Braggs Amino Liquids (soy sauce)


DIRECTIONS
Rinse and cook brown rice according to package (add the chicken-like seasoning if desired).  Sauté all ingredients in water or soy sauce until tender.  Mix with rice and pour amino liquids until desired taste.
