
1 container plain Greek yogurt (5.3 oz)
1 TBS fresh chopped basil
1 TBS fresh chopped mint
1 TBS fresh chopped cilanto
Mix these all together to make a nice spread
Combine 1 can (drained) of white beans with
1 chopped avocado in a food processor for a second spread.
Combine 1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup shredded cucumber
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp of salt
On a whole wheat tortila spread the yogurt mixture, then the avocado/beans, and
top with the slaw. I added grilled shrimp and feta cheese for my its-not-really-a-meal-
without-meat hubby!
