1/2 cup steamed brown rice

1/2 cup black beans

1 small tomato, diced

1/2 red pepper, diced

1/4 avocado, diced

2 cups spinach, sauteed (the measurement is for the spinachwhen fresh)

Combine in bowl and enjoy!!!
